He has held senior roles at UBS Investment Bank in London, as well as at NM Rothschild & Sons, ABN AMRO, and Coopers & Lybrand, advising boards and executive teams on complex financial and strategic decisions.

John has led and advised on high-value cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, capital restructuring, and investor relations mandates across Europe, the United States, Asia, and Australia. His work spans both developed and emerging markets, giving him a deep understanding of capital markets, financial risk, and shareholder dynamics at board level.
