Marija Kumbaroska Vanbesien is a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams, with over 15 years of international experience in executive search, leadership advisory, and human capital strategy. Her career spans global consumer markets, financial services, technology, and the industrial sector, giving her a practical understanding of what organizations need to excel at the highest levels.
At Board Ready, Marija works closely with clients to deliver effective board and C-suite human capital solutions, including cross-border executive search and appointments, succession planning, board assessments, and organizational design and strategy. She has hands-on experience supporting multinationals, mid-cap companies, private equity-backed firms, and family-owned businesses, with a strong track record in both local and international markets.
Marija held senior positions at leading organizational consultancies and best-in-class executive search firms. She has successfully led and delivered projects worldwide, playing a key role as an advisor to leadership teams dedicated to operational excellence and driving strategic growth. Marija began her career as a research analyst at a boutique executive search firm, where she advanced to Head of Operations and became Partner, helping to shape the firm’s direction and mentoring future talent.

Kiril Kolemishevski is a governance strategist and board advisor with over 15 years of leadership experience across legal, public, and private sectors. As Co-Founder of Board Ready, Kiril brings a unique blend of regulatory insight, strategic vision, and operational precision to boards navigating complex transitions.
Kiril’s career includes senior roles in government, where he served as Deputy Minister of Economy of North Macedonia, spearheading national economic stability programs and regulatory reform initiatives. In the private sector, he has led legal and investment advisory practices, overseeing cross-border transactions, compliance frameworks, and risk management strategies.
At Board Ready, Kiril specializes in board effectiveness, succession planning, and family business governance. He advises clients on optimizing board composition, preparing for generational transitions, and integrating ESG, digital, and geopolitical risk into governance practices.
